Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Cadence Education. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in children.
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement engaging activities and lessons that meet the needs of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience for all children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare setting.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
