The State of Connecticut is seeking to fill two full-time positions for custodial services during the third shift, operating from Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. These roles will primarily support the Academic Department.

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for a variety of custodial tasks, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintaining various facilities such as classrooms, dormitories, and dining areas.
- Performing floor care duties including mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces, windows, and furniture.
- Collecting and disposing of waste, as well as managing laundry services.
- Reporting maintenance needs and assisting with minor repairs.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the necessary experience and training to fulfill the job requirements effectively. Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with floor buffing and operation of cleaning machinery.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be physically capable of lifting moderate to heavy weights and maintaining the stamina required for custodial work.
