Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of parts into our warehouse
  • Accurately process the General Motors parts order each morning
  • Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
  • Complete special order part deliveries and pick-ups
  • Communicate with counter staff about delivery statuses
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with other miscellaneous runs around the dealership
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Available to work Monday through Friday 7AM till 5PM
  • Working an occasional Saturday may be required
