Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to close, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and improve processes
- 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment
- Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High energy, determination, and resilience
- Competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions
- 20 days annual vacation, 7.5 sick days, and 16 paid holidays
