Compensation: Starting rate is $42.00 based on qualifications and experience.
About the Role : As a Clinical Treatment Coordinator, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing supervision, care, and safety of clients, while coordinating services in accordance with relevant state regulations, specifically focusing on Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) to effectively address the needs of each client and their families.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing individualized rehabilitation plans aligned with each client's Treatment Plan
- Overseeing and approving all admissions
- Providing immediate supervision, guidance, and program leadership to staff
- Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive record-keeping system
- Ensuring adequate staffing to support program operations
- Guaranteeing compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Facilitating weekly on-site meetings with the treatment team
- Delivering in-service training to staff on mental health diagnosis and treatment consistent with therapeutic practices
- Conducting diagnostic assessments
- Offering clinical guidance to treatment team members and external partners
- Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Psychiatrist
- Psychiatric Nurse (e.g., Clinical Nurse Specialist)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals with mental health issues and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Familiarity with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and the diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), and Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possession of a valid driver's license
