Job Title: Child Psychologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Psychologist Specialist to join our team at The Provider Finder. As a specialist in child psychology, you will provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients, conduct psychological assessments and evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans.

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
  • Location: Florida

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals and educators to provide comprehensive psychological services to children and their families, helping them manage mental and emotional health issues, navigate social and behavioral problems, and promote overall mental well-being.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing psychological services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. They should have a deep understanding of child development, childhood disorders, and family systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.
  2. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose disorders.
  3. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for children and adolescents.
  4. Communicate with parents and educators regarding treatment plans and progress.
  5. Maintain confidential and accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in psychology or related field.
  • Licensure: Current and valid State of Florida License in Mental Health Counseling or Licensed Clinical Social Worker license required.
  • Experience: Three years' professional mental health experience in a health care setting required.
