Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry to ensure the overall condition of our buildings.
  • Apartment Preparation: Assist in preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, including painting, cleaning, and making necessary repairs.
  • Pool Maintenance: Maintain the pool and pool area, including proper chemical levels and equipment maintenance, in accordance with local regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as leaks, electrical issues, or other maintenance-related problems, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Certifications: HVAC certification and/or Certified Pool Operator license.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry; good mechanical skills; and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, frequently moving about to coordinate work; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; and ability to work in a residential building setting.
