Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our MinuteClinic team. As a primary care provider, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities. With a focus on prevention, education, and holistic care, you'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
  • Provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
  • Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice is preferred.
  • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
