Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to provide direct clinical patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Telemetry unit.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (if applicable).
