About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Infrastructure & Operations to lead our IT resources, supporting systems development, operations, infrastructure, and standards compliance. This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the planning, management, and maintenance of strategic alignment with business goals and initiatives across all Global Infrastructure & Operations functions.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party services related to I&O, including negotiations and contract management.
- IT Governance: Empower IT Governance and Change control amongst IT and business teams, prioritizing and implementing improvements to critical systems.
- Infrastructure Development: Create strategic and tactical plans for IT infrastructure development to meet projected business needs, evaluating and exploiting new technologies.
- Data Security: Oversee systems and procedures to protect information systems assets and customer data from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, destruction, or loss.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer systems, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years related experience in Information Technology and IT Project management, with responsibility and progression.
- Experience in managing staff and demonstrated leadership skills, leading by example and learning from others.
