Key Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor as they arrive.
  • Assist customers in checking for personal belongings and manage lost items appropriately.
  • Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
  • Offer professional guidance regarding transportation options.
  • Express gratitude to customers using established dialogue.
  • Gather feedback on service and document any concerns.
  • Conduct discreet inspections of incoming vehicles for damage.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned with the appropriate fuel levels.
  • Complete service alerts for any reported mechanical or body damage.
  • Identify and manage vehicles flagged for maintenance or special handling.
  • Maintain an organized lot for efficient traffic flow.
  • Continuously seek to enhance job performance through self-evaluation and skill development.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
