About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Trauma-Informed Care Lead to join our team at Ascend Nonprofit Solutions. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to our staff on trauma-informed care practices, develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals.

About the Role
- Provide guidance and support to staff on trauma-informed care practices
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in trauma-informed care

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit setting
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology)
