We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform ultrasound exams on patients as ordered by physicians, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Provide clear and concise communication to patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding exam results and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in ultrasound technology and techniques.
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Active ARDMS certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
