Role Summary:
The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in applying accounting principles to analyze financial data, ensuring the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements, while maintaining effective accounting control procedures. This position operates in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain financial records in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Meet all financial reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare management reports for financial oversight.
  • Facilitate accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
  • Establish and oversee accounting control procedures.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly.
  • Record necessary journal entries as per approved schedules.
  • Generate monthly closing schedules for various financial aspects.
  • Coordinate intercompany processes with subsidiary entities.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

  • Prepare for financial audits and coordinate the audit process.
  • Ensure precise recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • Analyze financial operations to recommend efficient resource utilization and procedural improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
