Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, skilled Real Estate Legal Assistant/Closer to join our Warwick, RI office. This role involves direct collaboration with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and other settlement professionals to facilitate seamless closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and adhere to title commitments
  • Request HOA estoppels, municipal lien searches, judgment and mortgage payoffs, surveys, home warranties, and more
  • Act as a liaison between your team and clients
  • Prepare closing documents and deeds
  • Possess familiarity with loan documentation
  • Perform clerical tasks including copying, faxing, typing, and printing documents
  • Conduct data entry and gather any missing client information

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Positive and collaborative demeanor
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and RamQuest Operating System
  • Outstanding customer service skills are essential
