Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Visual Rework Employee. This role is essential in ensuring that components meet our visual standards through meticulous reworking of rejected parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rework Visual Rejections: Collaborate with the final inspection team to assess and rework components that do not meet our visual standards.
- Sort Rejected Products: Organize and categorize rejected items based on the necessary rework processes.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a thorough understanding of our visual standards to ensure compliance.
- Efficiency and Timeliness: Complete rework tasks within specified timelines while upholding quality standards.
- Documentation: Keep precise records of all visual rework activities for quality tracking.
Required Skills:
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics is essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage changing priorities and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Skills/Experience:
Prior experience in a detail-oriented role with a proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards is preferred.
