Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunities

We are seeking passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in dynamic school environments throughout South Carolina. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various communication needs, providing individualized speech therapy services and collaborating with educators and parents to develop effective individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Therapy: Provide speech therapy services to students with articulation, language, and social-pragmatic disorders.
  • IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Student Assessments: Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders, developing treatment plans that cater to the needs of each student.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed to ensure success.
  • Support & Consultation: Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families on implementing communication strategies in both the classroom and at home.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid South Carolina SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a school setting.
Preferred:
