Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Greenville, SC. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work primarily with developmentally delayed children, providing services in our 7000 square foot activity center. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a truly individualized program for skill and interest development.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, document, and supervise speech therapy activities;
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and design support plans based on functional assessment data;
  • Collaborate with Program Coordinators, BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, PTs, and other SLPs on the proper implementation of educational and clinical speech programs and plans, materials development, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems;
  • Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to particular funding source policy and state and federal regulation;
  • Actively participate in ongoing program oversight and development;
  • Actively participate in outreach efforts to the community.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program;
  • Current South Carolina Board license and authorization to work in the United States;
  • Experience and knowledge of treatment modalities used to enhance communication with minimally verbal children;
  • Valid drivers' license and personal transportation with insurance;
  • Professional Liability insurance and federal background and criminal record check (including fingerprinting);
  • Valid first aid/CPR certification specific to children and two-Step TB Skin Test (intradermal Mantoux method);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills;
  • Literacy in Spanish is a plus.
