About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lafayette, IN. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Indiana
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
