Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to donors and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sort and Process Donations: Sort donations according to company guidelines, ensuring that all items are properly processed and prepared for sale.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, including training and developing store staff, clients, and volunteers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, twist, bend, squat, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range:

$12-$15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
