Sales Consultant

About the Role:
Morton Buildings, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of post-frame buildings, with over 120 years of experience and a strong presence in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Consultant to join our team and expand our market share within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and increase sales revenue
- Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other technologies to manage complex projects and communicate effectively
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
