About the Organization:Integrity Placement Group is a reputable healthcare provider focused on ensuring that seniors can live independently and safely in their communities. Our mission emphasizes minimizing hospital and nursing facility stays, promoting a holistic approach to elder care.
Role Responsibilities:- Engage in direct patient care within PACE programs.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to deliver thorough primary care.
- Participate in the PACE Interdisciplinary Team for effective care planning and evaluation.
- Lead the Clinical Team, focusing on assisting frail elders in maintaining their independence.
- Manage supervisory responsibilities and participate in an on-call schedule (phone only).
Competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, or eligibility for Board Certification (for recent graduates).
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Board Certification in Geriatric Medicine is preferred but not required.
- A current license to practice medicine in Massachusetts.
- Current Massachusetts DEA Prescription Privileges.
- Current CPR Certification.
- COVID Vaccination is required.
This position typically operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a patient load of 10-15 patients per day.
