Job Title: Physician - Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team at Element Care, a leading provider of geriatric care services. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and evaluations of patients to identify their medical needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Participate in hospital rounding and on-call schedules to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in geriatric care to provide the highest level of care.
Qualifications:
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with a strong interest in geriatric care.
  • At least one year of experience working with elderly populations, preferably in a geriatric care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • CPR certification and a valid Massachusetts medical license.
