Job Overview

As a Server, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional food and beverage service. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and attentive manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Interact with guests to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and service bar via our point-of-sale system.
  • Observe and respond to guests' needs and requests.
  • Present guest checks and facilitate payment.
  • Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic math and verbal communication skills.
  • Mobility and ability to navigate the restaurant.
