Key Responsibilities
  • Support faculty and research staff with data creation and statistical analysis
  • Load, validate, document, manage, and analyze data for research projects
  • Assist with data storage and management issues
  • Work with research staff to specify analytical data files
  • Create and document derived analytical data files
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in programming, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in SAS and/or R
  • Experience with healthcare claims data
  • Minimum Master's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in programming in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Graduate education in epidemiology, biostatistics, or computer science
