Job Overview:
Pizzo Native Plant Nursery is seeking an experienced production manager to oversee all aspects of nursery operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating production tasks, managing crew members, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily production schedules and allocate resources effectively
  • Train employees on equipment operation and safety procedures
  • Analyze production rates and implement strategies for improvement
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate with the Inventory Manager

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in production management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Estimated Salary: $22-$25 per hour (BOE)
