Compensation Package

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.55 to $27.44 per hour.


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Generalist to diagnose, repair, and maintain the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and other Mayroad assets. This includes structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, steam, pressure washing, cleaning, electrical work, and more, depending on assigned core duties.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

  • A high school graduate or equivalent with relevant experience; education may be offset by experience.
