Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Sales Team: Support the Sales team by responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment status, and issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Work closely with shipping, production, and scheduling teams to ensure that clients are informed of the status of their orders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Skills: Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Oracle or other ERP systems a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Benefits
  • Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
