About the Company

A leading force in the promotional products industry is in search of a forward-thinking B2B/B2B2C Creative Director to spearhead its design, branding, photography, and creative initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional storytelling, conceptualization, and leadership abilities to enhance the emotional resonance and quality of the creative output through contemporary design and messaging across various media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation and development of company advertisements and marketing materials.
  • Lead all brand campaigns and ensure cohesive creative direction.
  • Manage product and lifestyle photography, including video production.
  • Supervise the complete range of digital assets, including systems and processes.
  • Mentor and inspire teams to produce top-tier work.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 10 years of experience in creative marketing or a related field.
  • A proven track record in conceptualizing and executing advertising and marketing campaigns from strategy to presentation.
  • A strong foundation in design, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Management experience with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
  • Expertise across creative disciplines, including marketing automation platforms and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in establishing a photo and/or video studio is a significant advantage.
Essential Skills

This role demands proficiency in relevant software, including graphic design, video editing, client billing, analytics, project management, and social media marketing tools.
