Join Our Team as a CDL Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL Delivery Specialist to join our team at Carter Lumber Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting orders to local customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner using our well-maintained and company-owned fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver orders to commercial jobsites and Carter Lumber affiliated locations
  • Ensure daily delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Operate a truck-mounted forklift and navigate through tight spaces
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials
  • Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift
  • An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license
  • Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred
  • Ability to be a team player
