Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement individualized learning plans tailored to the unique needs of each student, ensuring they receive appropriate educational support.
- Instructional Materials: Select and craft instructional materials that meet the diverse learning styles of each student, with a focus on mathematics and English Language Arts.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Dynamically assess student performance, track development, and adjust goals to match individual levels of mastery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and board-certified behavior analysts to ensure holistic student support.
- Professional Development: Lead initiatives to foster continuous improvement among educators, including the creation and evolution of tailored Individualized Learning Plans.
- Communication and Reporting: Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with lead teachers to foster collaboration, gather insights, and address improvement opportunities.
Crystal Academy is a family-run day treatment center and school for children and adolescents with Autism and other neurological conditions. We provide primary and secondary education, behavior, occupational, speech, and other therapeutic services for children aged 2-18. Our holistic program is tailored to meet each child's unique needs with science-based intervention.
