Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer in Training. This exciting opportunity is part of our Behavioral Health Executive Development Program, designed to identify and develop talented leaders who can drive growth and success in our organization.

The COO in Training will play a key role in the general management of our behavioral health hospital, working closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to develop their skills and knowledge, and to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the general management of the hospital, working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a behavioral health setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
