Dialysis Nurse RN Contract Position

Job Summary:

Healthcare Support is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse RN to join our team on a local contract basis in Portland, Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse to work with a reputable healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current Oregon state license
  • Minimum one year of experience in chronic dialysis within the last two years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
