We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team on a local contract basis in Portland, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Current RN licensure in Oregon
- Minimum one year of experience in chronic dialysis within the last two years
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days, with flexibility
- 33 hours per week
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check
- Overtime and Loyalty bonuses
- License and certification reimbursements
- Immediate enrollment in health insurance
- 24/7 support from our clinical team and ACT Program
