The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in network security and be responsible for designing and implementing secure network architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement secure network architectures to protect computer systems, networks and information.
  2. Identify and define system security requirements based on industry best practices.
  3. Develop detailed security designs and prepare standard operating procedures and protocols.
  4. Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices to ensure maximum security.
  5. Develop technical solutions and new security tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
  6. Ensure timely reporting of security incidents to stakeholders.
  7. Support corporate initiatives, proposals, and business development activities as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building and maintaining security systems.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain up to Top secret clearance is highly desired.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
  • Experience with network technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
