Compensation and Benefits

Pay Structure: The Automotive Technician role features a competitive pay scale, with a base hourly wage starting at $32.00. Technicians have the potential to earn up to $12,000 per month based on individual productivity and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting maintenance and repairs on various vehicle models
  • Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
  • Executing recall repairs
  • Reporting any vehicle concerns to the service manager
  • Completing all required training as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Collaborating effectively with service writers, parts department, and fellow technicians
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with CDJR vehicles
  • Some post-secondary automotive training
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt to new processes
