Position Overview

We are hiring Audit Associates in our office to join our team of professionals in many different fields. As an Audit Associate, you will enjoy flexibility, meaningful and diverse client work, a supportive and innovative work environment, and many benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements and other documents
  • Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA candidate
  • 0-1 years of public accounting or industry experience, or a combination of both
  • Basic familiarity with GAAP and GAAS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills

Annual Base Pay Range for California

$77,000 - $80,000

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
