Academic Trauma and Critical Care Surgeon Position

Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a highly skilled Academic Trauma and Critical Care Surgeon to join our team at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Temple.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma and critical care surgery, with experience in the surgical care of trauma, emergency general surgery, and critical care patients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluation of all trauma and emergency general surgery consults
  • Rounding for the STICU and Trauma Acute Care Surgery Services
  • OR coverage for Trauma, Emergency General Surgery, and Elective General Surgery

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in research and PI projects, as well as mentorship and teaching opportunities.
