Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team at LCS. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement routine and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and systems.
  • Supervise and train plant personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Provide input on staff disciplinary issues and annual evaluations.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
