Job Overview
This role involves conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment, systems, and structures within the facility, with a primary focus on HVAC/R systems.
Qualifications Required
- Education: Completion of a refrigeration vocational or trade program or a Refrigeration Apprenticeship.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a refrigeration technician.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently. Must thrive in a high-pressure environment and respond appropriately.
- Licenses: Possession of a New Mexico State Journeyman Refrigeration license is mandatory. Minimum Mechanical specialty MS-9. Candidates must secure a Journeyman Refrigeration license from the state of NM within six months of employment or transfer.
