Job Title: SE&I Systems Engineer

Markon Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SE&I Systems Engineer to support our NRO client with technical requirements and provide technical and analytical approaches to the Intelligence Community site customers.

Job Description:

As a SE&I Systems Engineer, you will act as a secondary focal and backup to the Sr. Systems Engineer point for all corporate communications from client HQ to respective site. You will also support the integration of site-specific strategy development and execution between directorate components.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as secondary focal and backup to Sr. Systems Engineer point for all corporate communications from client HQ to respective site.
  • Support integration of site-specific strategy development and execution between directorate components.
  • Update and Maintain Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Provide oversight for Change Management Process and integration to site specific needs.
  • Implement Control Gate decisions from customer Headquarters.
  • Support the site-specific requirements gathering and development of Requests for Change (RFCs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Disseminate the site-specific user requirements process.
  • Support site specific requirements analysis related to infrastructure sustainment to resolve operational needs and shortfalls.
  • Support the preparation of operational needs and site-specific shortfall documentation and subsequent communication to customer headquarters.
  • Assist with the collection, assessment, validation, and development of customers Unfunded Requirements (UFRs).
  • Contribute to the development and maturity of the Headquarters Master Schedule.
  • Assist in the identification of site-specific risks and assist in the development of component mitigation plan.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or other applicable discipline.
  • 3+ years of systems engineering experience, preferably Intelligence Community experience.
