  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers to foster trust and drive profitable organic growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight to achieve sales volume and contribution sales goals, while managing trade spend effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead and develop a team to realize their full potential and optimize sales growth initiatives within their assigned key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure best-in-class execution of brand initiatives and the overall business plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales management.
  • Strong selling, presentation, strategic thinking, negotiating, organizational, financial analysis, and broker management skills.
  • Solid computer skills with focus on PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to travel as needed to drive business results.
