Gymnastics Coach (Recreational)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Perfection Gymnastics School in West Chester, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pre-school and school-age gymnastics program, as well as participating in special events such as birthday parties, parent night outs, and clinics.

Our staff is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for every child and family who joins us, whether they are new to our gym or have been with us for years.

Your Role:

The ideal candidate will have some gymnastics experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You will also need to be highly organized, a proficient multi-tasker, and comfortable using technology.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you can expect to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday evenings, and Saturdays or Sundays.

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety training
  • Communicate clearly and fluently in English (verbal and written), other languages a plus
  • Lift up to 40 pounds
