At Parkwood Healthcare Community, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide- Van Driver to join our team. As a CNA- Van Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents to medical appointments and outings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport residents to medical appointments and outings in a safe and timely manner
  • Maintain and update the schedule book to ensure accurate and efficient transportation
  • Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off the bus/van, tracking attendance, and coordinating equipment
  • Load purchased items into the van
  • Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance
  • Clean and wash the vehicle
  • Support the creation of a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certified Nurse License in the State of Texas
  • Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
  • Active Driver License and clear driving record
