Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in a home care setting.

In this role, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, promote their independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide adjunct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication reminders
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
Monitor food intake and provide nutritional support
Perform blood pressure checks and other basic health assessments

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
First aid and CPR certified
Basic computer skills
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work with limited supervision
Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
