Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to join our team at Cascadia Global Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their associates, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access Control
    • Investigate and report any potential safety hazards or security breaches
    • Conduct regular patrols of client facilities to maintain visibility and deter potential threats
    • Ensure that all access points are secure and that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas
  • Leadership and Training
    • Provide guidance and training to junior security personnel on security protocols and procedures
    • Develop and implement effective security plans to mitigate potential risks
    • Collaborate with other security teams to ensure seamless security operations
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and events
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on security performance and incidents
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Minimum 21 years of age
    • Active armed security guard license
    • Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Physical and Mental Demands
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations
    • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
    • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
