Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of up to 40 team members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    • Make difficult personnel decisions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations and Quality Control
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, following proper procedures and Mo'Bettahs' standards.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service matters, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
    • Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Complete weekly reports, including self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, and online ordering.
    • Review and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of management experience in the food industry preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successfully promoting team members and developing talent within a team.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead staff.
    • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner.
Working Conditions

The Executive Restaurant Manager will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to customers, team members, and vendors. The position requires the ability to ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license is also required.
