We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI). As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for the administration of various corporate financial, job cost, and general accounting functions under the direction of the Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain fixed assets and create monthly depreciation entries.
- Prepare monthly journal entries.
- Reconcile asset/liability general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile contributions related to the 401K Plan.
- Monitor and create reoccurring journal entries.
- Daily post management burden to jobs and monthly data entry of MB costs.
- Enter miscellaneous job costs.
- Post various flat job costs (cell phone, computer, vehicles, online billing fees, and PO's).
- Continuously improve current duties.
- Assist with inventory processing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
- 1-3 years of Accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work 5-10% travel.
- Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with overtime as required.
