CRNA Opportunity in Northern New Mexico

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Northern New Mexico. Our facility offers a unique opportunity for a CRNA to work alongside six full-time Anesthesiologists and fourteen CRNAs, providing care to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with Anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in call coverage and on-call shifts as required
Requirements:
  • New Mexico CRNA license upon hire
  • NBCRNA Certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in call coverage
Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including equitable pay, higher earning potential based on call coverage, and opportunities for extra shifts and call pay. Our exempt employee status provides a base salary of $230,000 for 40 hours worked per week, with hourly rates for hours worked over 40.

Located in a community of approximately 50,000 people, our facility offers a unique blend of rural and urban amenities, with a drawing area of 250,000. We are situated 180 miles northwest of Albuquerque and 1 hour from Durango, CO.
