Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at ChenMed. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related field.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related field.
- Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Ability to obtain a State Medical License or already have a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) in which you will be working.
